This document outlines the methodology behind the manuscript titled Glacial meltwater increases coastal CO₂ uptake and sensitivity to biogeochemical change. Here, we create seawater–freshwater mixing models to explore carbonate system dynamics in Greenlandic fjords. Additionally, we perform a sensitivity analysis to assess how individual biogeochemical processes influence the marine CO₂ system under different freshening scenarios.
