This pilot report reanalyzes a public RNA-sequencing count matrix from 84 rectus abdominis muscle biopsies of patients with colorectal or pancreatic cancer, originally generated by Bhatt et al. (2025) and deposited in the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) under accession GSE254877/GSE254878.
