Ideas into energy, an independent non-profit organization that promotes the international spread of sustainable climate change and environmental protection technologies and policies, is organising on February 10th the workshop titled "The impact of carbon pricing: opportunities for the German Energiewende ", hosted at the Hotel Aquino, Hannoversche Straße 5b, 10115 Berlin-Mitte, between 10:00- 12:30. The event is organised within the project "Distributional impact of carbon pricing in Central and Eastern Europe" financed by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. In this project, Ideas into energy is part of a consortium that includes think-tanks from Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Poland, and Romania. The workshop is designed as a round table with the aim of collecting constructive opinions from the participants on how we can best estimate the impact of the carbon pricing policies on citizens, firms, and the government.
