The goal of this file is to document the pipeline I have worked through to process raw imaging data from the Neural Fingerprint project (nicknamed BRAINVAR at the scanner). The end goal for this processing is to get the data for a single individual into the form: observed_stimulus*voxel_value (where voxel_value is the % change in BOLD for TR6 in each trial).
