Churn prediction of airline clients
The main aim of this analysis is to provide recommendations how to increase number of loyal clients, i.e. number of clients with Loyalty card. We identified that the fact of having loyalty card is connected with the overall satisfaction of company’s services provided. During the analysis we came up with the conclusion that to increase number of loyal clients company should inform clients more about Loyalty card program, especially clients of the age 40+.
Тематическое моделирование с помощью LDA
В этот раз задачей данной работы был анализ сушествующих тем в рецензиях на романтическую и боевую мангу. Необходимо было провести тематическое моделирование коллекции текстов, проинтерпретировать получившиеся темы и проверить, есть ли темы, которые неравномерно распределены в двух классах текстов, выделенных внутри коллекции рецензий на мангу.
Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression
This research project examines students’ attitudes towards mathematics and how the variables used for analysis break down into factors, and how they affect the student’s academic performance. The research question is: What metrics related to mathematics lessons influence the academic performance of Japanese students? The analysis used TIMSS 2015 data for Japan.
Business analytics: churn prediction in Telco
In this project, I want to predict Telco customer churn based on their behavior. This dataset taken from Kaggle dataset. Firstly, I will do a short exploratory analysis with plots to get acquainted with the data at hand. Then, I will make a cluster analysis and define groups, where the persent of cluents who have churned higher. Thirdly, I will use logistic regression to predict churn. Along the way, the most important factors for predicting churn will be outlined. Finally, I will give some reccomendation to the company about the fact how it can decrease customer churn.
