Unlocking Statistics and Regression with R and RStudio
R is the most widely used and robust statistical package which provides free of charge, can replace Commercial Softwares such as IBM-SPSS, SAS and Stata to name a few.
This presentation and hands-on exercise is used during 8 hrs long online training. Thanks to Dr. Myo Kywe, GP team and all participant to this training. I will be providing further training using R to tackle day to day problems.
Climate Scenario (Mean Temperature) under RCP 4.5 of Ayeyarwaddy Region - Violin Plot - 1
Climate Scenario development in Myanmar is one of the activities under SNC project. It used SimCLIM Desktop 4.0 to produce future scenario over the whole country covering RCP 4.5 and 8.5 for the main climate variables such as precipitation, mean temperature, maximum temperature and minimum temperature. There are more than 40,000 monthly ascii rasters were processed using R programming language using terra and tidyverse packages.
In this graph, there are 26 GCM and RCMs which is telling us that the future mean temperature can be increased up to 2.5 Degree C if we closely look at the first three plots. GFDL-ESM2G and CISRO-MK3-6-0 models are most aggressive one while other stay at and below 2 Degree C.

National Greenhouse Gases Inventory
This structure was created to make used by NGHGI in developing countries. The structure is the same as mentioned in IPCC 2006 Guidelines where all five sectors were combined so that the audience can quickly view what they want to see.
I will update periodically this structure further in terms of beautiful structure.
