This assignment focused on exploring, cleaning, and analyzing animal science data using R. The datasets were first examined and visualized with ggplot2 to identify potential outliers in milk consumption, birth weight, and serum total protein. After evaluating and filtering the data using biologically appropriate limits with dplyr, the cleaned datasets were combined to investigate relationships between birth weight and milk consumption, as well as serum total protein and milk consumption.
