The study/my thesis investigates how improved demand forecasting directly enhances inventory management by lowering overstocking and under-stocking, in addition to model accuracy.

This project uses publicly-available survey data from the American Trends Panel Wave 142 by the Pew Research Center published in 2024. The current study will analyze responses from the survey that pertain to evaluating public perception of GLP-1 receptor antagonists,as well as which factors contribute to higher levels of skepticism of the drugs.

In this project, I’m trying to build a predictive model to find out whether a person makes more than $50,000 a year based on their demographic information. The dataset I’m using is census_train.csv, which contains 35,000 rows and 15 different features about people in the U.S. Let’s get started by loading everything in.
