This R markdown document has been done by our INSA_Lyon1 team for the iGEM 2022 competition. The aim of our project FIAT LUX is to create luminescent bacteria to study their behavior inside a living organism. At the lab, we transformed bacteria by adding one of the 4 following plasmids: pSEVA521, pSEVA521-fiatlux, pSEVA531, pSEVA531-fiatlux. Then we measured the optical density (OD) and the luminescence of these cultures. In this modeling page, we will present the work we realized to model and analyze the OD and the luminescence.
