This document contains the complete analysis code for the development of a clinical risk prediction tool for atrial fibrillation (AF) in endurance athletes using multimodal atrial myopathy markers. All code is provided in the interest of transparency, reproducibility, and to facilitate independent verification of our findings. Researchers are welcome to use and adapt this code for their own studies.
