Short exploration and tidying up of the global COVID19 data from Our World in Data. This dataset is extremely clean and rich and hence needed very little work.

RMarkdown notebook illustrating how to clean up COVID19 data from the JHU repository. Unfortunately, unexplained artefacts in the data were found, which led me to change the data source. I still wish to publish this notebook, as failure is just part of the learning journey,

The code in this document performs data cleaning and time-series imputation of ONS data. It also combines data of LADs that used to be separate but that were then joined in 2019.
