2. We looked at our missing data and had a number of skipped responses (n =1152) we did not notice any meaningful patterns in skipped items and decided to drop participants who did not respond to any of the items in our analyses. However, the decisions to drop our participants is not ideal and can lead to the erasure of vulnerable groups, and this is a limitation of our data set and our analyses that we will need to acknowledge in our manuscript.Once we removed the participants with missing data the total sample size was 921. As of right now there is consistent pattern of participants not answering the self-esteem scale, this could imply that these are participants with low-self-esteem
