Does the sterility of rearing conditions alter slug-associated microbial communities ?

Salvage topsoil removed from a donor site was delivered to three recipient sites in 2015. We sampled all sites (Donor and recipients) prior to topsoil delivery and sequenced AM fungi from all sites in 2015 and 2017 from manipulative plots, set up in a randomized block design at each site with increasing topsoil levels: control treatments (no topsoil added):[C], dusting of topsoil:[D], and three levels of topsoil thicknesses (2“:[T], 4”:[F] and 6":[S] thick layers of this topsoil, originating from the donor site)), delivered to all recipient sites).

Examining the diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal functional groups (e.g., rhizophilic taxa) in a manipulative experiment examining the effect of moving soil from a donor site to three different recipient sites.
