Using a dyadic panel dataset, I estimated a gravity-type equation using both OLS and Tobit to model the impact of bilateral foreign aid from OECD donor countries on bilateral migrant inflows from aid recipients from 1994 to 2011. Not shown are donor time-invariant and recipient time-variant fixed effects. All covariates are lagged by 1 year.
