Analysis of the 'Poland A and B' division using clustering and dimension reduction methods
In this article I would like to examine the division of voivodships into Poland A and Poland B using various clustering and dimension reduction methods. Firstly, I will attempt to cluster voivodships without reducing the number of variables taken into account. To do this, I will use hierarchical agglomerative, hierarchical divisive, k-means and k-medoids clustering. Then, I will apply dimension reduction on the dataset using principal component analysis and multidimensional scaling. Finally, I will perform clustering on the dataset with reduced number of variables.
