The goal of this analysis is to evaluate the fit of AFM data to ID3 ensemble (based on NMR and SAXS). List of tasks: * Compare AFM measurements on different CBP molecules (column A to J in original file). * If there are similar measurements, combine the data into one distribution * Compare the combined AFM dataset of distances with the end-to-end distances measured in the ID3 ensemble that was based on NMR and SAXS data

The aim of this analysis was to investigate the correlation between the radius of gyration averaged over an ensemble and the corresponding kappa-value.
