This project analyses animal intake and outcome data from the Long Beach Animal Shelter using association rules and a classification based on associations (CBA). The analysis focuses on identifying interpretable patterns between animal characteristics observed at intake and grouped outcome types.

The goal is to identify distinct patterns in individuals' physical characteristics and lifestyle habits that correspond to different levels of obesity.

This report uses unsupervised learning to build a simple global typology of national biodiversity patterns.
