Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) is a computational method that determines whether a pre-defined set of genes (ex: those belonging to a specific GO term or KEGG pathway) shows statistically significant, concordant differences between two biological states. This R Notebook describes the implementation of GSEA using the cluster profile package in R.
