This is the code for my capstone project for DATS 4001 at GW. I aimed to see which areas in Virginia are the most vulnerable to low socioeconomic conditions that impact their economic and health opportunity. I aim for this to shed light on public policy concerns, which issues are most prominent, and where solutions could be implemented.
