Preliminary analysis for UPHIA data set
The first Uganda Population-Based HIV Impact Survey (UPHIA) was conducted between August 2016 and March 2017 to measure the status of Uganda’s national HIV response. UPHIA offered household-based HIV counseling and testing, with the return of results. The survey team visited over 12,000 households to collect this information.
Prostate Cancer Prediction
Most scholars on the Kaggle platform (www.kaggle.com) have used machine learning models to predict prostate cancer in men based on the parameters of the testicles such as the radius, area, perimeter and so on. These results showed the results at the univariate, bivariate and a glm model to predict Malignant cancer as the reference and Benign cancer as the base.
Predicting SARs-COVID-19 by GLM model
The data analysis covers the univariates, the bivariate using Pearson Chi-square test for examining associations and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) for comparing means and lastly the glm model for predicting likely risk factors for SARs-COVID-19 basing on delta, Omicron, Age and Sex factors.
Cox Proportional Hazards Model
This document provides the RMarkdown output for examining heart patients' data. The results produced depict the descriptive, inferential and predictive approach. That is to say using summary statistics, Analysis of Variance (AOV) and then the Cox Proportional Model Plus the Proportional Diagnostic Assumption Checking
