In this project, I utilized advanced statistical and machine learning models to analyze employee retention, uncovering critical insights into turnover risks across various industries, professions, and hiring practices. By leveraging Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, Cox Proportional Hazards models, and Uplift modeling techniques, we identified key factors influencing employee tenure, such as industry sector, wage structure, mode of transportation, and psychological traits like self-control and anxiety.
