This is the code for the analysis of Southeast Asian wildlife activity patterns at the guild-level.

This the code that analyzes the temporal activity patterns of Southeast Asian wildlife at the community-level (i.e., all species). We also excluded hyperabundant species such as pigs (Sus spp.) and macaques (Macaca spp.) to test whether they could have an effect on community-level activity.

This is the code for sorting, cleaning and preparing the respective datasets for the community-, guild-, and species-level temporal activity analyses.
