TB Study Project being carried out in Kenya to help understand participants presenting themselves to health facilities with TB like symptoms but after all necessary tests, they turn to be negative TB.

The form will be used by the clinical team to report safety issues of participants to safety boards are required by ICH GCP guidelines.
