I conducted a non-parametric decision classification consistency and accuracy analysis on the response data (1s and 0s) using Lathrop and Cheng's (2014) method. This report provides the average number of assessment submissions by hour, day, and month. The data span 2021, 2022, and 2023. Thus, the averages are across all years.

An MACD is a graph of oscillating moving averages combined with an overall moving average that represents a trend. The oscillations represent whether a short-term exponential moving average is higher or lower than a longer-term exponential moving average. An exponential moving average weights later values more than earlier values. The moving average leans towards what is happening now. If the MACD is positive, then that means that the short-term moving average is increasing compared to the longer-term moving average. If the MACD is negative, then that means the short-term moving average is decreasing compared to the longer-term moving average. If the MACD is near or essentially zero, then that means there is stability in the short-term and longer-term moving averages. The overall moving average (i.e., signal) is a representation of a long-term trend in the values. This moving average is also exponential.
