To evaluate antibody quality,we propose the novel Antibody Efficiency Estimation from \nImmunoprecipitation data (AEEIP) model. It contains a maximum a posterior (MAP) estimate\nthe efficiency of antibody. It is able to calculate the proportion of mixed Input\nsample in IP sample.
